Sheringham FC has welcomed Spencer Cawcutt to its line-up.
Mr Cawcutt joins from Dereham, having also played for local sides such as Diss and Harleston.
Shannocks' joint mangager, Jon Abbott and Lewis Plowman, said: “Spencer is a player we have known and admired for a while, having briefly worked with him and then keeping an eye on his progress, in particular at Diss in the last couple of seasons.
"After a move that didn’t quite work out for him, we know Spencer is keen to get his season up and running with us.
"Capable of playing as an out-and-out nine, or from wide areas we feel he brings something different and more options to our already talented attacking group.”
"Thank you to Dereham Town for their assistance with getting the transfer through quickly."
Mr Cawcutt has already played his first game for the Shannocks in their Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division match against table leaders Thetford Town on Saturday.
Sheringham kept Thetford to a 0-0- draw. The Shannocks' next match is away at Diss Town on Saturday, kickoff at 3pm.
