A man has been arrested after an incident near a farm shop in north Norfolk.
It happened just before 2pm on Tuesday near the Groveland Farm Shop in North Walsham Road, Thorpe Market.
A member of the public called the police after becoming concerned about the manner of driving of a vehicle.
The suspect was arrested at the scene before being taken to Alysham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
John Willits, 53, of Staithe Road in Sutton, was charged with driving a vehicle while over the limit before being released on bail.
Willits is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on January 7.
