From an award-winning destination pub to a coastal restaurant with two AA Rosettes, these Norfolk dining spots have a new head chef.
1. The Rose and Crown, Harpley
Will Horne, 24, recently joined the team as head chef and he is passionate about local produce.
He previously worked at Seasons in Wells, The Harper Hotel in Langham and No.Twenty9 Bar & Restaurant in Burnham Market.
The Rose & Crown was named Norfolk's best destination pub at the public-voted Muddy Stilettos Awards 2024.
2. Blakeney House, Blakeney
Sam Rush, 36, runs the kitchen at Blakeney House, which holds two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and also boasts 10 boutique bedrooms.
Mr Rush, who has experience in Michelin kitchens, is pushing for a third Rosette.
Jamie Clark has also recently joined the team as the new sous chef.

3. Water's Edge, Bramerton
William Marsh was appointed head chef at this Broads gastropub in the summer and he is second-in-command to executive chef James Stewart.
Jill Tickle took over the Water's Edge in October 2023.
Food is served seven days a week and they have just introduced themed food nights, including Moules Frites Tuesdays and Taco Thursdays.
