Plans to put a dispenser that would provide 24-hour access to prescriptions outside a village hall seven days a week have been lodged.
The plans, submitted by Kelling Pharmacy at Holt Medical Practice, propose installing a Pharmabox24 outside Blakeney Village Hall.
The plans come after a previous application was also lodged to put another Pharmabox24 outside the pharmacy itself.
A planning document states: "Holt Medical Practice has its main site at Kelling Hospital with two smaller branch surgeries at Blakeney and Melton Constable.

"After a thorough public consultation the Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board has permitted the smallest branch site, at Blakeney, to close.
"To provide for a continued local solution to medication collections, and to minimise impact on patients, the Practice is looking to locate a Pharmabox24 (‘PB24’) automated prescription dispenser at Blakeney Village Hall so residents will not be required to travel to Kelling Hospital to collect their prescriptions."
The plans are pending consideration by North Norfolk District Council.
