A Norfolk holiday lettings company with a portfolio of seaside cottages, countryside barn conversions, city apartments and beach huts has been taken over by a national firm.
Norfolk Holiday Properties, in Ber Street, Norwich, has been acquired by Host and Stay – a growing holiday let management company based in the North East.
Sascha Tucker, founder of Norfolk Holiday Properties, said becoming part of the Host and Stay group is the beginning of an “exciting new chapter” for the company.

He said: “With Host and Stay's cutting-edge technology and expertise, I’m confident this partnership will allow us to elevate the Norfolk Holiday Properties brand even further while continuing to celebrate the local charm that makes this area so special.”
Host and Stay lets out holiday homes across the UK. Its seven-figure acquisition of Norfolk Holiday Properties marks the start of its expansion into the East of England.
