Works to defend Cromer's seafront from the power of the North Sea are due to be completed a council leader has pledged.
Sea defence works started in April this year at the East Promenade near the Fisherman's Ramp.

The works are part of a £25m project to improve the defences at both Cromer and Mundesley.
Cromer's are due to finish within the next couple of months said the leader of North Norfolk District Council, Tim Adams.
Mr Adams said: “The work is on track and due to finish on time.
“A lot of people asked us, why we did not do the works over winter?

“The sea just gets too rough, doing it over the summer has not affected visitor numbers over the summer.
"We have appreciated all the support from locals and businesses."
The works at Mundesley however are set finish next year.
