Listed on Rightmove, the description reveals that the owners of the business are selling due to a "desire to move onto new ventures".
The assets include a large frying range, serving counter, drinks cooler, kitchen and “potato room” that are also listed on the sales advertisement.
There is also one bedroom accommodation on site, which is occupied by a current client.
The business is being sold with a 20-year lease although a “new lease can be discussed”.
The advised rent is £14,500 per annum.
