Drivers are facing delays due to a crash on a busy main road out of Norwich.

Eyewitnesses reported that the Norwich Road was temporarily closed in both directions at Crostwick after a collision at around 5.30pm.

One lane reopened shortly afterwards to allow traffic to filter past.

The witness added there was a large police presence and that ambulance was also on scene.

Queues of around 15 minutes formed in the area.

The extent of any injuries currently remains unknown and the road has since fully reopened.
