A Grade II listed guesthouse on the north Norfolk coast is set to go under the hammer next month.
Western House, a former guesthouse in Cromer, will be up for auction on May 1 providing an opportunity to acquire a "unique investment" property.
Recently named by The Sunday Times as one of the best places in the UK to invest in, Cromer is a popular destination for both local and national tourists.
A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia said: "Norfolk seafront properties are highly sought after and rarely come to market.
"Western House not only comes with the ideal location but also an abundance of potential throughout the property for either commercial or personal use."

An early to mid-19th-century building, the property has high ceilings and sashed bay windows that look out onto the seafront, including a view of Cromer Pier.
The guesthouse was family-owned for over thirty years, providing both a sustainable business and a family home.
Set over three floors with large reception rooms, an owners flat, six bedrooms and a fully fitted catering-style kitchen and utility room, the option to continue to offer bed and breakfast style accommodation is available.
Auctioneer Bryan Baxter said: “It's hard to put a price on the view. The breathtaking vista of the Cromer Pier and coastline is an iconic sight to behold.
"Western House is a truly unique investment, the likes of which rarely come to market.
The property goes to auction on May 1 with a guide price of £400,000 - £450,000.
Interested parties can call Auction House East Anglia on 01603 505 100 to arrange a viewing.
