A Norfolk carvery has been hit with a zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Crofters Carvery Restaurant and Takeaway, in Sheringham, has received the Food Standards Agency’s worst food hygiene rating after a recent inspection - requiring "urgent improvement".
Officers found the High Street carvery requires major improvement across all areas – including the hygienic handling of food, cleanliness and condition of the restaurant, and its management of food safety.
The restaurant and takeaway offers a self-service carvery, as well as Yorkshire pudding wraps and carvery rolls and baguettes.
