A Norfolk mum of four who was evicted from her home after her partner died suddenly earlier this month now fears homelessness.
Meria Sanderson, 36, was served an eviction notice from her Melton Constable home a week before Christmas after her landlord decided to sell the property.
But just a week into the new year, her partner Michael Brennan, 50, died suddenly at their home shortly after putting the children to bed.
Now, Miss Sanderson and her four children, aging from seven to 17, have been forced to leave their home a month earlier than planned, moving in with the children’s grandad in Cromer.
But the mum of four now fears her young family are at risk of homelessness.
“It’s been hard,” Miss Sanderson, who previously worked as a crab dresser at Norfolk Sea Larder in Briston, said.
“My friends always say they don’t know how I keep going with a smile on my face, but I’ve got to do it for my kids.”

The family were served the eviction notice in December last year and expected to move out next month.
But Mr Brennan’s sudden death left Miss Sanderson with no choice but to leave the property early, handing back the keys to their home last week.
“It was horrific for me and the kids,” Miss Sanderson said.
“They were still awake while I tried to do CPR on him until the ambulance arrived, trying to keep myself and the kids calm.
“It was terrifying.
“Me and Michael weren’t married so at the moment all of the money he had put aside for bills and rent is all on hold.”

A GoFundMe donations page has been set up by a friend of the family to help support Miss Sanderson and her children.

Mr Brennan’s funeral is being held in Great Bircham on January 26.
