Anyone struggling with their mental health or is worried about the cost of living or who simply wants to find out more about what is happening in their local area could benefit from a series of PositiviTea events being planned for north Norfolk.
The events, which are run by North Norfolk District Council, bring together voluntary groups and other organisations.
Free tea, coffee and cake are on offer and there are activities attendees can join in with.
Catherine Van Battum, the council’s health and communities team leader, said: "It’s a really welcoming, non-judgmental space to find out about what’s on in your local community, have face-to-face conversations with organisations and share a cuppa and slice of cake with neighbours.”
PositiviTea sessions will take place at Walsingham Parish Hall on Tuesday, October 10 from 10am-midday; at Northrepps Village Hall on Wednesday, October 11 from 10am-midday; at Briston Pavilion on Wednesday, October 18 10.30am-12.30pm; and at Neatishead New Victory Hall on Thursday, October 19 from 10am-midday.
