LIDDELL TED Ted Liddell owner of Bookworms died at home on Thursday, October 21st. Always a character with a great zest for life. He was a pilot at 17, flew the Berlin Airlift and Operation Manna. He then became a teacher, headmaster and lecturer. He moved to Cromer 23 years ago. He loved flying, walking and running the bookshop. Ted held passionate views and enjoyed stirring up authority with his many acerbic letters. He will be sadly missed by his wife, family and friends. there will be a service at Cromer Church on November 9th at 2 p.m. No formal mourning please.
