THELMA JUNE ROPER. Cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on Saturday, March 10th, 2018, after a short illness. Thelma was born in Fowey, Cornwall on June 17th, 1928, and moved to Norfolk, where she met her husband Alan James Roper and they were happily married until his passing in 2009. They had five children, including Philip Henry Everett Roper who sadly passed in 2000. She is survived by four children, Lesley, Andrew, David and Elizabeth, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sorely missed. Her funeral will take place at Weybourne Church on Thursday, March 29th at 2 p.m. Floral tributes welcome.
