SPINKS RAYMOND GEORGE Ray Passed away peacefully on June 17th, 2021, aged 83. Beloved husband of Margaret, loving dad to Ali and Chris, father-in-law and grandad. Norfolk Constabulary (ret’d). Due to the current restrictions, attendance to the service on Monday, July 12th, 2021, will be by invitation only.
